Job Description & Requirements Primary Care Physician | Family Medicine or Internal Medicine StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $230000.00 - $250000.00 A thriving outpatient primary care group in Germantown, MD, is seeking a qualified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-established, patient-centered practice with a two-year partnership track and long-term growth potential. Experienced physicians and upcoming physician resident graduates are encouraged to apply. Why You’ll Love This Role Competitive base salary: Up to $250K (based on experience) Partnership opportunity after 2 years ($350K potential) Health & Dental premiums 100% covered for physician and dependents. 4 weeks’ vacation, 2 weeks sick time, and seven paid holidays. Retirement plan with 4% match (vested after 1 year). Practice Highlights Established, respected group with over 40 years of serving the community. 4.5-day workweek (10 half-day sessions)with Half-day admin time (remote). Shared patient pool across sites – full spectrum of primary care. Supportive team of physicians & PAs with diverse interests. Average 18–21 PPD - Telehealth makes up 10–15% of visits.
